Advising California Businesses

Mr. Lewis devotes a portion of his practice representing California companies on a myriad of operational, employee, management and collection issues and prosecutes and defends businesses in litigation.  He also advises business owners on entity formation and assists with formation of corporations, limited liability companies and various forms of partnership.  He collaborates with outside attorneys specializing in various areas of tax, securities and employement law to get the client the best and most cost effective representation.
